Aaron Lively

Chief Executive Officer – Exactus Appraisal Management, LLC

Aaron Lively is the CEO of Exactus Appraisal Management. He is an expert in appraisal management and holds a BS of Business Administration degree with a minor in Finance from the University of Missouri St. Louis as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Lindenwood University. Prior to starting Exactus he held leadership roles in mortgage lending and financial software companies. Aaron is an active volunteer in the community and loves to spend time with his family. When he is not at work you can usually find him on a soccer field where he coaches and trains club soccer players at Missouri Rush Soccer Club.

Savanna Carlisle

Processing Manager

Savanna is responsible for the day-to-day processing of all client orders. Savanna grew up in the mortgage industry and prior to working at Exactus she worked as an office assistant for an Arizona appraisal company. Savanna has a true passion for helping people. At the age of 14 she skipped high school and went to college to become a doctor. At the age of 15 she earned an associates degree from Chandler-Gilbert Community College. At 16 she transferred to University of Arizona where she attended classes and worked before deciding to start a family. Savanna obtained her Certified Nurse’s Assistant license in 2015. Her love of people and eagerness to help has always driven her to the customer service industry where she has held many roles as a professional that have given her the experience and know how to provide world class service to Exactus clients and appraiser partners. When she is not working, Savanna loves spending time with her children, cooking, crafting, learning new things, photography, and volunteering.

Shaydee Carlisle

Processor

Shaydee’s role is to work with appraisers and lenders to ensure timely delivery of appraisal reports. Shaydee approaches every day with an amazing attitude and a client-first mentality. After attending Snowflake High School in Arizona, where she excelled both in the classroom, and on the Softball field, she elected to graduate early to pursue a career with the largest home improvement retailer in the US. In her professional life she has always excelled at customer service where she has also held positions in the food service industry prior to joining Exactus. When Shaydee is not working, she loves watching and cheering on her favorite Hockey teams and spending time with her family.
